A gift for soon-to-be-newlyweds, for mother and daughter to share together or simply to celebrate a milestone occasion or trip, a Floris bespoke perfume is both a gift and experience to be treasured

A three-hour appointment for two with a Floris perfumer at our Floris Shop, 89 Jermyn Street, create your own individual and unique 100ml Eau de Parfums together in the secluded privacy of the Floris perfumery.

Ahead of the session, you will receive a beautifully presented gift box including two empty bottles already engraved with your requested initials to bring to your appointment*, as well as a guide to prepare you before the day.

Your session will begin with a short overview of the company history, then, while you both enjoy a glass of champagne, our perfumer will begin by choosing from a wide selection of fine fragrance bases, and throughout the appointment as you learn about fragrance creation from the oldest privately owned family perfumers in the world, you will slowly craft your scents with the introduction of new accords to complement your taste until both your custom fragrances are complete. A unique opportunity to create your own perfume here in the centre of London.

    A truly spectacular experience!

    My two teenage sons and I recently completed a Together Fragrance Customisation at Floris. The experience was lead by Perfumer, Nicola Pozzani, and we made two different scents, one for summer and one more suitable for colder weather.

    Floris is the oldest English retailer of perfumes, and there is an amazing sense of history when you visit the store. The customisation experience takes place in a private room lined with cabinets full of historical ephemera from the brand and their original old ledgers, in addition to bottles upon bottles of perfume ingredients. The setting is truly beautiful. This combined with Nicola's amazing personality, lent a great sense of theatre to the occasion. There are so many things I could list here, but I honestly don't want to spoil the surprises for others - let's just say that they truly make the experience a memorable one!

    In booking the customisation I was hoping to create lasting memories for my family (my wife also attended but did not make a perfume), and I can honestly say that goal was achieved and then some. Nicola skillfully brought us through the process of making our own scents, explaining concepts, helping sift through different ingredients, choosing some and ruling others out. It was a three hour process, but the time honestly flew by. Keeping two teenaged boys entertained for three hours without devices is a huge challenge, but my sons were truly enrapt in the process!
