Stephanotis eröffnet mit einer lebendigen Frische von Orangenblüten, Petitgrain und einem Hauch von grüner Galbanum-Note. Die Herznoten aus würziger Nelke, aromatischem Koriander, zarter Stephanotis und berauschendem Jasmin bilden eine florale Symphonie, die die Sinne mit ihrer Eleganz und Anziehungskraft fesselt. Eine samtige Umarmung aus Moschus, die weichen pudrigen Noten und die wohltuende Essenz von Sandelholz in der Basis runden diesen Duft anmutig ab und hinterlassen eine lang anhaltende Wärme und Raffinesse.

Einer der ursprünglichen Floris-Düfte, die 1816 kreiert wurden. Stephanotis ist von der Stephanotis-Blume inspiriert, die auch als „Brautschleier“-Blume bekannt ist. Der Duft verwendet Öl aus dem „Madagaskar-Jasmin“, einer Blume, die „Glück in der Ehe“ symbolisiert, eine zarte Schönheit und einen süßen Duft, der Liebe, Reinheit und Hingabe verkörpert. Stephanotis wurde ursprünglich als Brautparfüm für die Hochzeiten der High Society kreiert, die oft in der prächtigen St. James's Church stattfanden, die 1684 von Christopher Wren erbaut wurde, und wurde bald zu einem beliebten Duft für Bräute.

    My favorite fragrance

    The very first fragrance i wore in the 70’s. I have been watching for it for years, at least 30 years. I was so excited to see it was available again. The fragrance brought back memories My sincere hope is that it is available yearly

    Time Travel

    Stephanotis EDT - the first Floris fragrance I wore in the 1980s and mourned its passing until now. Difficult to compare after almost forty years; but whilst I remember the EDT as more acerbic, the EDP is finely balanced so the notes merge rather than any single one asserting its presence. However, the 'soapy' hit is still there early on: important for Stephanotis officionados.

    Simply the best

    Stephanotis is a beautiful, warm and deep fragrance that I used through my late teens and twenties until it went off sale. The depth of fragrance transcends all other perfumes and envelopes the wearer in an exquisite aura of joy. It has a long lasting effect once applied. Sensual and alluring it will suit all ages and occasions.
