Dieser lebendige Duft beginnt mit einer Zitrusexplosion aus Neroli und Zitrone, ergänzt durch maritime Noten für eine zusätzliche Meeresbrise. Der dominante Neroli-Akkord verwebt sich mit der Herznote, wo er von intimen Jasminblüten umhüllt und durch würzige Noten von Ingwer und aromatischem Fenchelsamen belebt wird. Tiefe und Komplexität kommen von der Basis, die an den Duft des Eichenholzes der Macchia erinnert und durch warme, sinnliche Noten von Moschus und Ambra unterstützt wird. Neroli wird aus der Blüte des Bitterorangenbaums gewonnen und in diesem Duft durch eine Spur Zitrone und Ingwer intensiviert.

In Ahnentagebüchern und Briefen an die Jermyn Street aus dem 19. Jahrhundert wurden die Reisen von Robert Floris und seine Abenteuer im südlichen Mittelmeerraum dokumentiert. Robert reiste die Küste des Ligurischen Meeres von Frankreich nach Italien entlang und beschaffte neue Zutaten aus Übersee, die er mit nach Hause nehmen konnte. Besonders beeindruckt war er vom aromatischen Duft der Macchia der Insel, deren Duft sich über die Küste ausbreitete und einen vor der Ankunft auf der Insel begrüßte. Aus diesem wunderbaren Geruch, gepaart mit den wunderbar duftenden Orangenblütenbäumen, die entlang der Küste wachsen, entstand Neroli Voyage. Als Hommage an Robert Floris und die Einheimischen Korsikas fängt Neroli Voyage die olfaktorischen Empfindungen sommerlicher Reisen und das warme Gefühl der Heimkehr perfekt ein.

    Was Hoping For Wow

    I really enjoy bright, fresh, airy, ozonic, marine, even chlorine-ish pool scents...I know, the chlorine scent preference is weird, but smells great to me. I suppose reminds me of fun happy Summers at the pool as a child. Was hoping Neroli Voyage would give me just a little of that...fell short to my nose and senses. It's a decent scent, pleasant enough, but I was somewhat disappointed bc I didn't get my marine/chlorine pool scent fix. I'm female btw.

    Best neroli!

    Very bright, cheerful and summery with a marvellous seaside neroli vibe; like a more fun and interesting version of John Varvatos Artisan Pure. A very similar scent is Acqua di Parma Essenza di Colonia, which can also be enjoyed by neroli aficionados, though ADP's offering is a slightly more classic barbershop style. Neroli Voyage has an added marine note and may be more versatile as it is a more unisex offering at roughly the same value for money as Essenza di Colonia. Both are on a par performance-wise, but a huge plus for me with Neroli Voyage is that Floris is cruelty-free, unlike most fragrance houses. This has to be the best neroli that I know!     A touch of class!

    After ordering a selection of samples from Floris I plumped for a full bottle of Neroli Voyage. A beautiful, natural smelling neroli is unashamedly the main event in this fragrance. It transports me to the Mediterranean, sipping cocktails by the sea in a crisp white shirt. I intended to save it for special occasions but can’t resist wearing it everyday!
