    Fresh but quite weak

    A lovely and fresh scent, but a big minus is that it doesn't last very long... but it definitely smells citrusy and like a summer evening.

    A Fresh, Modern Interpretation

    Despite being one of Floris' oldest scents (mid-18th century) Limes comes across as surprisingly modern. It starts very citrusy and bright and after dry down evolves into a complex symphony of musk and floral that is truly intoxicating. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because of the lack of longevity. The projection/sillage are almost non-existent after three hours, staying faintly on the skin for up to eight hours. This one surprised me as it's become one of my favorites that Floris offers. I just wish the longevity was a bit better but this won't prevent me from buying another bottle.
