As the current health crisis continues to have a profound impact around the world, we wanted to create this page you keep you updated as to our response to the situation.

Updated 15th June 2020.

Our Online store remains open and fully operational as usual and we would like to assure of you of the extra precautions we have put in place to ensure the safe handling and delivery of your Floris parcels.

First of all, we are ensuring that the highest hygiene standards are being upheld throughout our entire supply chain and within our warehouse where goods are picked and packed. Our priority is to keep our customers and our staff safe and thereby government guidance is also being strictly followed with regards to social distancing in our warehouse.

Secondly, all of our couriers have implemented a no contact delivery practice meaning you will not be required to personally sign anything for the receipt of a parcel, but you will be required to provide your name verbally to the driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record.

We are still able to ship our products internationally. There are a small number of localised restrictions in line with government guidelines which should be available via official government websites. Our UK Next Day service remains available as this is still currently able to be fulfilled by our delivery partner, APC.

Our Click and Collect service has been disabled due to the closure of our shop.

Our customer services team are still able to answer any queries you may have. They are working on slightly reduced hours so if you are unable get through by phone, please contact us by email or through the live chat on our website and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.

We are thrilled to have reopened our shop on the 15th June as per government advice. As a small local business, we've been able to adapt to the changing circumstances and health and well-being of our customers, staff and wider community is our utmost priority. Our team have all been trained to adhere to recent government guidelines and will be on hand to support you.

At the moment we are not making any appointments for our bespoke experiences. All customers who have booked bespoke appointments have been contacted to confirm the postponement of their booking. Once we have further guidance we will be contacting people directly to rearrange these and will take priority over new bookings.

Our bespoke experiences are still able to be purchased on our website, and we are still able to send your gift box and empty bottle ahead, for you to book your appointment for when we are open again.

We are currently unable to engrave our bottles however can arrange to do this at a later date.

To Our Valued Customers,

Floris has gone through many challenges during its 290 year history. We've continued to trade daily at 89 Jermyn Street throughout the whole history of Floris and it is where we’ve always created our fragrances, served our customers and offer our bespoke service.

To close the shop is a hugely personal undertaking for us as a family. 89 Jermyn Street is the heart and soul of our business and key to who we are, so we look forward to welcoming you back when it becomes safe to do so.

We are proud to be made in England and as such, have a robust and small supply chain, allowing our online store and warehouse to remain open.

The one thing we care about most is the safety and wellbeing of the incredible teams of people who work in the business and our wonderful customers who have been so loyal. As we continue to adapt to the current situation, we know that our values will ensure that we as a business come through this next chapter.

We thank you for your continued support during this difficult time.

Yours sincerely,
John, Edward and Emily Bodenham
