A fragrance for a man who is confident, while understated, elegant yet eccentric.
A modern gentleman, no longer defined. A fragrance emblematic of the reorder in men’s bespoke fashion and style.
The fragrance opens with a crisp aromatic lift of juniper paired with clean citrus notes of mandarin and bergamot. This resonates with heady florals of jasmine and lavender alongside earthier notes of orris and oud. The woods and spice develop throughout, maturing with warm sensual tones.
A collaboration with English shirtmakers Turnbull & Asser. Named after Turnbull & Asser’s flagship location at 71/72 Jermyn Street, this fresh, woody and boldly aromatic fragrance has been created to draw on the unity shared by these two Jermyn Street institutions and the stylish, discerning customers that return to their shops in 21st century London.
Jermyn Street, an area symbiotic with becalming culture and bespoke fashion, now has eruptions of creativity bursting from its streets, making the destination a key hub for the discerning and stylish gentleman.
"The overall ambience of 71/72 is one of innate style, a sense of hushed luxury, appreciated by those who like honest, well-made things....71/72 is a welcome composition, a quiet beautifully and balanced thing."A Scent Of Elegance Blog
The Floris and Turnbull & Asser partnership began in Spring 2015 when James Fayed of Turnbull & Asser commissioned Floris to create a small batch fragrance. Hand poured in limited volume on Jermyn Street and made available locally to our St. James’s customers, the fragrance struck a chord and through increased demand was released into the Floris Private Collection.
